I was very happy with the service, very kind and professional staff. I live in Montreal and ordered a plant for a dear friend who lost his husband. I appreciated the effort made to assure delivery and the choice of colour.

I was SO impressed. They were not able to get the white orchids but called me to ask if they could do pink. When I told them why the flowers were going to the person, they were empathetic and delivered one of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this shop. Wonderful experience and service!!!!

I ordered the single stem orchid. They called me the day of delivery to tell me they were out of them and was it ok to replace it with a double stemmed orchid (an upgrade) for the same price. The person that called was very helpful and accurately described what they were replacing it with and wanted to make sure I was ok with that. My friend LOVED it and said that the delivery person was great! I would highly recommend this business!

Once again a beautiful arrangement done for me. We had an employee how had a death in the family. La Fleur did a fantastic job on this arrangement. They are for sure our go-to Florist!

Easy to order, fast and efficient delivery and the arrangement was gorgeous!

I was not able to attend the funeral, but I received several text messages from friends of mine who were there who told me that the floral arrangement was amazingly beautiful! Also which is a great comfort because, though I wasn't related to the family, I consider the deceased daughter to be like a mother to me. She sent me a text saying thank you and how beautiful the arrangement is! Her Joy reviews the care and the love placed in that floral arrangement.

I have ordered many flower arrangements, and this was, by far, the easiest to complete and absolutely stunning!! I find arrangements never look like what's pictured (regardless of the price and upgrades) and this one was better than the picture!!

The flowers were beautiful! Thank you for doing an excellent job!
